new addresses are not accessible

sorry for writing in english, i don't want to confuse you with my embarrasing dutch. I can't access email accounts i've created recently (> 15min ago) using the provided password. However, the old ones are working just fine. Can you kindly look into that?

So the old email addresses are working fine, the new ones are not working correctly. Are they both on the same domain name?
Keep in mind that when you enable the email service for a domain name, the DNS records required for our email service to function correctly, are created just then.
It takes 4-24 hours after that for email to start working correctly. However, if the email service was already enabled for this domain name, that shouldn't be the issue.

I think one of these two might be the issue. Sometimes users forget to click the green Save icon when creating an email address.
Are they both on the same domain name?
I've just checked with a domain that already had addresses, it worked immediately
Please note that i'm NOT using DNS in any way here, i'n checking via direct IMAP connection and roundcube of mail.site.eu

Email toggle has been active for a while. I can add a new mailbox to a domain that previously had mailboxes, but adding a new record for a domain that had only a catch-all (which works at this time) doesn't work (roundcube doesn't let me in)
